Maintained with loving care; always offers fun, easy days at the beach. 2 very nice Bedrooms, each with a Double(Full)Bed and 1 Bath with a Tub (no indoor shower), complete kitchen with all large and small appliances, but no dishwasher! Comfy living room with a window air conditioner that very effectively cools the entire space. Queen sofa bed in living room. One TV with a DVD/VCR combo player. Excellent screened porch, outside shower, charcoal grill and parking for 2 cars on the property. Sleeps 4 to 6 maximum. Rents Saturday to Saturday.
