Fun, creative and unique in its interior, this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath cottage offers additional sleeping in spacious loft, and a hot tub too! Very European in its style, use of space, and some appliances as well! It has a small, but excellently equipped kitchen.Central Air, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher. BR#1 has a Queen bed, BR#2 has a Queen bed. BR#3 has 2 Twins, a wall A/C unit, and is a ground level bedroom that is entered by way of the screened outdoor patio. (Tenant must go out of the house to enter this bedroom, which also has a separate key.) The loft area has a Full bed, and two futons, sleeping for 2, 4 or 6 total in that area. Screened front porch, fenced rear and side yard. Screened patio is an excellent space with picnic table and seating, three steps down from the dining area's french doors. Smoking on porch and patio only. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN HOUSE. No pets. Sleeps 8 in beds; sleeps 12 if also using futon style beds in loft. WIRELESS INTERNET. Offered some weeks off season.
