| PELS COTTAGE - 703 SOUTH CENTER COURT in BETHANY WEST. This is a charmed and charming little summer house on a cul-de-sac, that offers 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths. Breezy fun indoors and out, quiet nooks and open living area. Pretty open deck on front leads you into Living Room which is furnished very comfortably. Well provisioned kitchen and dining are at the back of the cottage. BR#1 has a Queen bed, BR#2 has a set of Bunkbeds and a Single bed. There is also a full bath with tub and shower on this main level. BR#3 is up a spiral stair to 2nd level. This is a wonderful loft/bedroom space with a Queen bed, a full bath, and opens to a small balcony. Centrally air conditioned. Washer, dryer, dishwasher. Sleeps 6-7 MAXIMUM. Terrific yard, patio, BBQ area with large outside shower. Parking for 2 in front. Use of 2 pools, exercise room, tennis courts for a fee of $20 per week per person age 5 and older. Weekly rate is $950. June and July availability. Absolutely no smoking and no pets!
