Lodging Agreement

ALL BALANCES ARE DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN.

Check-in 2:00 PM. Checkout promptly by 10:00 AM.

POSITIVELY NO ANIMALS ARE PERMITTED.

1. Please remember to bring all linens, towels, and paper products. Please leave unit in same condition as found.

2. Any telephone charges will be billed to owner. Guest will be assessed cost of calls, plus a $10 fee. Use calling cards!

3. Guests checking in after 5:00 PM or on a Sunday must make prior arrangements with office. Call 1-800-543-5500.

4. Stereos, televisions, VCRs, DVDs and satellite dishes are not guaranteed.

5. Parking permits (if provided) require $30 cash deposit per permit. Tenant pays any additional pool and/or tennis fees.

6. Connor Jacobsen has no control over construction or renovations of dwellings or beach replenishment.

It is the policy of Connor Jacobsen Realty, Inc. to rent (1) to family groups only, or (2) to non-family groups wherein at least two guests signing the lodging agreement are 25 years of age or older and will supervise and be responsible for members of the group that are under 25 years of age. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one property. A non-family group is defined as unrelated adults, high school students, college students or any other type situation not meeting the age requirements stipulated herein. Should Connor Jacobsen Realty, Inc. personnel ascertain a non-family group is occupying a property in violation of age requirement; the group is subject to immediate termination of the lodging agreement with no refund. Connor Jacobsen Realty, Inc. reserves the right to refuse rental, cancel existing reservations, return money received and terminate occupancy without refund if the occupancy, in our opinion, is detrimental to the property and its owner who we represent.

Disclosure: Connor Jacobsen Realty, Inc. and its agents are representing the Property Owner's interest and have responsibilities to the Property Owner, but are obligated to treat all parties fairly. Without breaching the responsibilities to the Property Owner, Connor Jacobsen Realty, Inc. and its agents may provide a potential guest with information about properties, show properties, and have the duty to respond accurately and honestly to a potential Guest's questions, disclose material facts about properties. Connor Jacobsen Realty, Inc. does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status and disability in the issuing of lodging agreements.
