Welcome to Bethany Beach, one of the Quiet Resorts along the Atlantic Ocean in southern Delaware. Bethany's beaches offer swimming, sunbathing, surf fishing and other watersports, its quarter-mile boardwalk features a bandstand, shops and restaurants fill the business district.

The beach is truly a stone's toss away from this lovely cottage that offers the best of Bethany in the summer! A beautiful home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, it has excellent gathering space as well as nooks for some quiet time with a book or music or ocean breezes. Excellent kitchen for the cooks. 2 Bedrooms and one Bath on main level and 2 Bedrooms and one Bath on second level. Half Bath is on the ground level. Screened porch, dual zone air conditioning. Large, protected area encloses the outside shower with plenty of space for beach gear and lines to hang your towels and suits. Please take care though - this has the standard No Pet policy, as well as No Smoking anywhere on property and No Grilling anywhere on property. TLC is given to the maintenance of this home that surpasses most others. Maximum Occupancy is 10. Rental is for 6 nights: Check In is at 10AM Saturday and Check Out is 4PM the following Friday. Rate is $3000.00 per 6 night period. Parking on property for 2-3 cars. Rental season is June 21 through September 6.
