Just 2 blocks from our beach and 2 blocks from restaurants, shops, playground and boardwalk, this cozy cottage is appreciated for its location and value. Ground level, with a screened porch on the front, this home is very nicely equipped for summer at the beach. House is cooled by 5 window air units: 18,000BTU in living/dining area and then a unit in each bedroom. Two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and one bath on the first floor, and on second floor there's one bath and BR#3 with 2 Twins and BR#4 with a Queen and a Twin. No dishwasher. Outside shower in rear yard. Some special summer discounts available. Rents in beautiful September as well as summer. No pets and No Smoking in House. Saturday to Saturday. Sleeps 9.
